Do you only take on projects in Florida?
Yes! We’re proudly based in Brevard County and focus on local projects in the surrounding areas. If you’re located elsewhere, don’t worry—we offer a DIY design package that includes custom plans and guidance so you can confidently execute the project on your own.
Do you only work on interiors?
While our main focus is on interiors, we do offer select exterior services depending on your needs. Book a free consultation call and we’ll chat through your vision to see how we can help!
Can you manage my Airbnb?
Let’s talk about it! We typically manage properties we've renovated ourselves as part of our full-service vacation rental package. If you're looking for turn-key Airbnb support, mention it on your consult call and we’ll see if it’s a good fit.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes—after we walk through the full process and your custom quote is approved, we do require a deposit to officially get started on your project.
